In August, Istanbul will host the inaugural Formula 1 Turkey Grand Prix on August 21. The Grand Prix will take place at Istanbul Park, which is built as an all-new purpose circuit. Izmir Ready To Host Universiade 2005 In August
Turkey's Aegean City of Izmir is ready to be the home for 23rd Universiade 2005 Games. The 23rd Universiade 2005 Izmir, one of the biggest sports organizations in the world, will start with a gigantic show called “Anatolia, the land where the sun rises” on Thursday, August 11th 2005, at the Atatürk Stadium.
